Are the listings verified?

Yes. Every seller is verified before they can list, and every product is reviewed by our team before it appears in the marketplace. We may also inspect the asset before approving it.

How do I buy an asset I like?

Open the product and send an enquiry. Our team contacts you, connects you with the seller and helps with inspection and next steps. Payment and handover are agreed directly between buyer and seller.

Can I inspect the equipment before buying?

Yes. Mention it in your enquiry and we'll arrange an inspection with the seller. You can also hire one of our advisers to inspect or value it for you.

How do auctions work?

Each auction covers one category. Register once for an auction (some have a small entry fee), then bid on any product in it. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends that product by 2 minutes, so there's no last-second sniping.

What if I can't find what I need?

Post a requirement with what you need, your budget and location. Our team looks for matching assets and gets back to you.

Does it cost anything to browse or enquire?

No. Browsing and enquiring are free. Only some auctions have a buyer entry fee, shown before you register.

Who can sell on Nextep?

Businesses and individuals who complete seller verification. Apply with your business details and documents; our team reviews them and approves your seller account.

What does it cost to list?

Your first product is free. After that, each product uses one listing credit from a package you buy in your seller centre. Packages show their price, number of listings and validity before you pay.

How long does product approval take?

Usually 1–2 business days. If something is missing we ask for changes with a note explaining what to fix, and you can resubmit from your seller centre.

Can I sell in an auction?

Yes. When an auction opens for your product's category you can enter your published products, set a starting price and pay the per-product entry fee. While entered, the product is hidden from the marketplace.

Will I see who bought my product?

You'll see that it sold and the final amount. Buyer details are handled by our team, who coordinate the handover with both sides.

Can I get expert help?

Yes. Hire a Nextep adviser from your seller centre for valuation, inspection, listing help, negotiation or auction strategy. Our team quotes a fee for your request before anything is charged.
